This engaging session presented by Bruce Graham, Tyler Technologies' Senior Strategy Advisor, at the 2020 eCourts Virtual Conference offered a glimpse into how the events of 2020 — the pandemic, civil unrest, and natural disasters — have quickly accelerated court innovation by a decade.
