Improving Employee Evaluations

Employee evaluations can be tedious for those administering and reviewing them, especially if a supervisor or command staff has many officers to keep up with.

In hopes of streamlining the evaluation process and improving overall efficiency, the Kendall County Sheriff's Office in Illinois utilizes Agency Intelligence. The operations supervisor for the agency, Jason Langston, explains how they were able to identify pain points for their officers easier and quicker, allowing them to have mentor-based conversations and provide the necessary resources.
